It was nice to have a place to relax before the show and between bands. There were no private restrooms within the lounge but the staff told us to take the elevators to the restrooms just above the lounge that were primarily for the sky suites. The rest of the lounge was primarily highboys with areas for standing. The lounge was air-conditioned and had a few seats surrounding the bar. All of this was also included with entry to the lounge. There was also a small buffet that include hot dogs and toppings, chicken fingers, chips, popcorn and desserts. It included a bar with beer/wine/water and soft drinks. The Rockstar Lounge was located next to the stage on the north side of the venue. For this show, I purchased the Rockstar Lounge and Reserved Parking upgrades. Several upgrades to your concert ticket are offered at this venue usually a day or two before the show. However, for the show I wanted to see, there were some really good seats still available on Ticketmaster so I bought tickets at face value and decided to go the upgrade route. so generally, the only way I will see a show there is to purchase tickets from the VIP/Premium ticket staff. There are major problems with parking, concessions, bathrooms, etc. Having seen many shows at this venue, I will say it is one of the least desirable options in the Chicago area to see a concert.
